All Last Candle Co orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Please allow up to three business days for the provided tracking information to update.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates

Our distribution centre is located in Vancouver, Canada. All rates and transit times are reflective of this location. 

All orders are shipped via UPS, ICS, Canpar, or FedEx courier. Canada Post strike will NOT affect your order. 

Canadian Shipments

Flat-rate $9.99 Shipping + Free Shipping on all Canadian Orders over $215

USA Shipments

Flat-rate $9.99 Shipping + Free Shipping on all USA Orders over $215

• Last Candle Co Vessels and Candle Refill Inserts are USMCA-compliant and are not subject to additional tariffs or duties at this time. If duties are incorrectly applied to the shipment, Last Candle Co will make reasonable effort to correct the assessment with US Customs and Border Patrol; however, ultimately the customer will be responsible for paying for any and all local taxes, duties and other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of the package. Last Candle Co does not pay for any international duties & taxes.
• If an order is refused or deemed undeliverable and is returned to Last Candle Co., the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Any additional fees incurred for the return of the package will also be deducted from the refund.

International Shipments

We currently ship internationally to: Australia, Belarus, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom 

• If you are shipping to or ordering from outside Canada, the customer will be responsible for paying for any and all local taxes, duties and other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of the package. Last Candle Co does not pay for any international duties & taxes.
• If an order is refused or deemed undeliverable and is returned to Last Candle Co., the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Any additional fees incurred for the return of the package will also be deducted from the refund.
• International Shipping is calculated based on location, size, and weight. Shipping options are displayed at checkout.
• Please allow 7-21 business days for all international shipments to arrive.
