All Last Candle Co orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Please allow up to three business days for the provided tracking information to update.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates

Our distribution centre is located in British Columbia, Canada. All rates and transit times are reflective of this location. 

All orders are shipped via UPS, ICS, Canpar, Canada Post or FedEx courier.

USA Shipments

Flat-rate $9.99 Shipping + Free Shipping on all USA Orders over $215

International Shipments

International Shipping is calculated based on location, size, and weight. Shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other import fees. Customers are responsible for any and all fees associated with importing their order. Last Candle Co has no control over these charges and is not responsible for paying or reimbursing them.

Orders refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid import fees are discarded or otherwise handled by the courier in accordance with their policy and are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement. Refusing delivery due to import charges does not constitute an authorized return or cancellation. 

Warm Weather Shipping

Customers are responsible for considering weather conditions at their shipping destination when ordering candles during periods of extreme heat. Wax-based products may soften, sweat, or melt when exposed to prolonged high temperatures during transit.

Last Candle Co. is not responsible for heat-related damage to orders shipped to destinations which experience extreme temperatures.
