LASTCANDLECO.COM SHIPPING POLICY

All LAST CANDLE CO orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Please allow up to three business days for the provided tracking information to update.

Currently, shipping times may vary due to impacts related to ongoing industry logistic challenges, postal service staffing issues and delays, and government orders that impact our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases and promotions.

DOMESTIC

$12.00 Flat fee for Shipping within Western Canada Canada.
$15.00 Flat fee for Shipping within Central Canada.
$18.00 Flat fee for Shipping within Eastern Canada.
$20.00 Flat fee for Shipping within Canadian Territories.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
3-10 business days once your order has been processed and shipping conformation has been sent.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time

INTERNATIONAL

Customer is responsible for ALL duties & taxes upon receipt of the product. LAST CANDLE CO does NOT pay for any international duties & taxes.
If you are shipping to or ordering from outside Canada, the customer will be responsible for paying for any and all local taxes, duties and other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of the package.

$28.00 CAD Flat fee for Shipping within Mexico.
