RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. Each stone vessel is handcrafted and will vary in texture and design. Made from 100% natural stone, no two vessels will be alike. Your vessel will also differ in design from the one shown on the product page.

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. 

We will replace products that arrived damaged. Please fill out the contact form or send an email to help@lastcandleco.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we will get back to you within 7 business days. All replacement emails have to be received within 5 days of product being received at final destination. Once item is received, your return or exchange will be processed. 

Used candle inserts cannot be returned or refunded. If there is an issue with the insert itself, please follow the steps above for a replacement product.

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Last Candle Co is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit but are more than happy to work with you to find a reasonable outcome.
