Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges. However, every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our highest quality standards. Due to the nature of natural stone, your Last Vessel can vary in veining and texture from images represented online.
We understand that unique circumstances may arise. If an exception is approved for a Stone Vessel, customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be automatically deducted from the refund issued to the original payment method. Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, kindly email us at hello@lastcandleco.com. Individual Candle Refill Inserts are not eligible for consideration.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at hello@lastcandleco.com with your order number and photo evidence within 5 business days of delivery. Once we approve the exchange, we will email you a return label. The damaged item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving this label. Upon receiving the damaged product, we will contact you to arrange either a direct replacement or store credit. Please note that items not reported or returned within the specified time frame will no longer qualify for replacement.
